Fabulous experience. Close to slopes and very comfortable. Friendly and extremely helpful staff. Amazing 5* food.

Absolutely loved my time at Chalet Rosset. Staff were so friendly and helpful especially the resort manager, he was able to help us with any queries we had and gave great recommendations. The whole holiday was so well planned out by the team from start to finish, the team booked both ski lessons and ski rentals for us before we got there so there was no fuss when we arrived. The hotel is in a great location, a 2 minute walk to the slopes, shops and restaurants/bars. The food was amazing, buffet plus hot food for breakfast, afternoon tea after 4.30 and a 3 course meal for dinner. Staff were very accommodating if anyone had an allergy/ intolerance or dislike to any food that was on the menu for that night. Will definitely be coming back. Rooms were really lovely. Prices were amazing for the service we got. Thank you to all the staff.

Great chalet with positive, friendly, calm and professional team of staff. Clean comfortable room, lovely food and excellent facilities. Everything you need for a fantastic weeks skiing. Will be returning.

Another great ski holiday with Ski Miquel. Tignes is an excellent resort and the staff and chalet live up to it. Food was excellent all week, the chalet is roomy and has a great bar/lounge, and all the staff were top notch. Missing it already.

A fantastic week at Chalet Rosa in Lauterbrunnen. We were really well looked after by Dean, Caitlyn and the chalet team, both on and off the slopes with great food all week and a fun atmosphere in the chalet with a nice bunch of people. The rooms are nice and it's a five minute walk to the train/cable car in Lauterbrunnen where the ski lockers are. Would definitely go back!

Superb week!! Great hotel with fantastic service from Dean and his team. Nothing was ever too much trouble and their local knowledge meant that everything we asked could be answered. The hotel, the food, the service, the location, the ease of travel around the resort were all outstanding. This is a great place to visit and after 20 years of ski holidays, this is the best we have had.

I recently returned from a week’s skiing holiday with Ski Miquel, staying at the Chalet Christina in Saalbach. The chalet is conveniently situated 5 minutes’ walk from the main Schattberg X-press lift and a regular bus service providing access to other ski areas, all on the same ski pass.
The Chalet Christina is a very comfortable chalet, which can accommodate approximately 25 persons, most rooms being good sized twins with ensuite shower rooms, large bath towels, plenty of storage and a sufficient quantity of the all-important hangers. There is also one double room but there is no guarantee it will be available when booking. The staff comprising Carol (chalet manager/rep/ski guide), Arthur (ski guide/barman), Matt (chef), Maria and Tara (chalet girls) were all amazing and really made my holiday. Nothing was too much trouble, including the provision of alternative dishes for two vegan guests and one with an intolerance to gluten.
Having never travelled with Ski Miquel before, I wasn’t sure what to expect but the service provided exceeded all expectations. A few of the other guests were repeat clients, having stayed at some of Ski Miquel’s other chalets in different resorts. Little extras such as constant tea and coffee being available, cooked breakfasts, cake at teatime, pre-dinner canapes, complimentary wine with dinner plus cheese following the meal were a bonus. The dinners provided by Matt were top notch, better than many hotels and restaurants, all beautifully presented.
The big plus was of course the five mornings of ski guiding provided by the two ski guides, Carol and Arthur. Not knowing the resort, I took advantage of this excellent service, allowing me to maximise my time on the slopes instead of spending time working out the best areas depending on the snow conditions on the day, especially when it snowed and visibility was poor.
To top it all, there was no queueing for lifts and very few people on the pistes – a major benefit compared to some resorts where queueing for more than 20 minutes for lifts is not unusual. Although I was slightly hesitant about booking a holiday in Saalbach at the end of March as the top of the highest lift is only just over 2,000 metres, there was no problem with lack of snow; it actually snowed at the end of the week providing some superb skiing on and off-piste. The resort has very good snow-making facilities and it was possible to ski down to the bottom of the lifts without any problem.

Also, really loved the ski concierge service from Caitlin & Dean. It was an invaluable part of the trip ultimately removing any usual piste navigation anxiety!

Great stay in perfectly located chalet hotel. The hosts were fantastic and made it a very special week. Great and plentiful food and cosy bar. Ski Miquel service was first class.

Just back from another Ski Miquel holiday. A fantastic holiday with great ski guiding. My wife was in the slower cappuccino group and I was with the faster expresso groups so we were both kept very happy. Great food and service in the chalet. The chalet is not luxury but more than adequate and for the price is exceptional value. I highly recommend.

I’ve just returned from an incredible week skiing in Lauterbrunnen, and I can honestly say Ski Miquel delivered a holiday that exceeded every expectation. The whole experience felt effortless, friendly, and brilliantly organised from start to finish.
Our ski guide, Dean was outstanding – knowledgeable, patient, and great fun to ski with. He knew the area inside out and always found the best routes and conditions each day. Whether you were confident or still finding your feet, he made everyone feel included and supported.
Back at the chalet, the host and chef were fantastic. The chalet was warm, welcoming, and had that cosy Alpine charm that makes you instantly relax after a day on the slopes. The food was exceptional every evening – hearty, delicious, and clearly made with real care. Nothing was too much trouble for the team, and the atmosphere they created made the whole group feel like one big ski family.
Lauterbrunnen itself is stunning – dramatic cliffs, snowy peaks, and easy access to the Jungfrau ski area. A perfect base for a winter escape.
A brilliant holiday all round. Great skiing, great people, great service. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Ski Miquel again.

Our second time in Tignes with Ski Miquel and our 14th trip with them in total. Love their set up, from the comfortable, informal chalets with excellent food, to meeting like minded skiers who want to enjoy our sport but have a laugh while doing so. Critical to this are the Team at Ski Miquel, from Vikki in the office who makes booking a breeze, to Fergus and his in resort team who ensure everyone has a stress free holiday. Already looking forward to holiday 15 with Ski Miquel next year.

Great experience at Chalet Rosa. Great location, great food and great staff. Never an issue too big with all the staff being helpful. Was a really relaxing chalet after long days of skiing.

All the food served (including 3 courses and canapés) was of a consistently high quality all week.

Comfortable chalet with lovely food. The bar was cosy with a great view and the staff were excellent. The chalet is a short walk from the slopes and close to the centre of town where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Hotel was exactly what you need for a ski trip, staff service from Osh, Kate, Will, Eleyna and Petra was fantastic. Food/drinks were brilliant! The concierge service was amazing and all the staff were amazing and really made the trip special!

We had a wonderful time in Serre Chevalier! Our second time at the chalet. Love the quirkiness of Chalet Hotel Charlotte - it’s warm and cosy and the real fire is a bonus! The staff were amazing, great concierge skills from Nikkie & Anna. Jav kept us well fed, the food was excellent. Hannah and Kate looked after us admirably and were kept us well watered at the bar- nothing was too much trouble. Lots of laughs with the girls, they were happy to join in with our group’s antics! The staff were just fantastic! A credit to Ski Miquel! Definitely recommend! Oh and the skiing was exceptional too!!
