In a world of hype I feel that Ski Miquel is quietly providing a superb experience for it's guests.  The holidays represent good value for money and deliver an experience beyond expectations 
I'm just sad that I am approaching the end of my skiing days as I loved the whole experience

Fantastic ski holiday to Chalet Rosa in Lauterbrunnen under the excellent care of Ski Miquel. Chalet was great, and the staff couldn’t do more to keep us fed, watered and generally very happy! The food was amazing thanks to chef Lee and his attention and kindness to our two little ones (5 and 7) went well above and beyond (cake decorations, kids choice of food, all round entertainer and pretty good boarder too). Dirk led the team extremely well and the chalet girls were all top. The whole experience was very friendly as our families all became friends. As for the resort - the views cannot be beaten and the ski runs, bars, food and general conditions were excellent. Even the trains were fun! Would definitely recommend.

We’ve just returned from an amazing week at the Chalet Rosa travelling with Ski Miquel. The chalet is in the beautiful Lauterbrunnen valley with breathtaking scenery. We were extremely lucky to share the chalet with a great group of people and very helpful attentive staff. The ski hosting by Dirk, Milly and Lee was brilliant, they treated us like friends rather than customers. The food provided by Lee, the chef at the chalet was exceptional. A 5 star experience overall.

Staying in Chalet Rosa was such a good experience after several years away from skiing. The chalet is simple but pretty and clean. The food was exceptional with the amazing chef Lee. He was also fun and joined in the last days ski hosting. Dirk, Milly and team Rosa were also perfect hosts and seemed genuinely committed to the chalet guests having a great holiday. Details, like the ski locker in the station, the easy transfers, the chalet bar and of course the ski hosting all added to a very relaxing, fun week. Lauterbrunnen itself is a beautiful village with nice walks and amazing views. Transport is easy up to the upper villages and slopes. We would certainly like to repeat this visit.

Excellent chalet managed by the magnificent Martina and her wonderful team, who go above and beyond to make sure all guests have the best possible week on the slopes. Lovely atmosphere in the chalet, great food, superb hosting. One of the best Ski Miquel experiences I have had. Highly recommended.

We went with Ski Miquel half board. The chalet team led by Carol were fantastic hosts. The food breakfast and dinner was all excellent culminating in one of the best steaks I have ever eaten. Chalet always tidy and clean. Great pre and post dinner lounge making new friends and acquaintances. The ski guiding was excellent for a first timer to Saalbach.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chalet Rosa, the staff were excellent and so attentive, the food was probably the best we have encountered, thanks to Lee the chef. The Lauterbrunnen valley is breathtaking and should be on everyone's bucket list. This was our third holiday at the Chalet and we are intending future trips.

Once again we had such a fun holiday with Ski Miquel all due to the fantastic team and chalet. Our 4th time to this well located and comfortable chalet and it certainly won't be our last. Carol as always was on top form ensuring everyone was well looked after and always dealt with the most random guest issues (and us in general) with patience and a smile. She brings a lot of fun to the chalet whilst maintaining high standards and we very much appreciate her. Special mention has to go to Lorenzo for the food which was the best (by far) we have ever experienced in our now 5 years with Ski Miquel. A really noticeable step up, with good sized portions and super flavours. Everyone in the chalet was commenting on it and tearing ourselves away from the fun we were having at apres ski was always worth it for the lovely dinners. We spent the week ski guiding with Jake which we also thoroughly enjoyed. Again a great balance of fun whilst ensuring we were all safe and knew where we were going. Finally a big thank you also to Cara and Sophie who were also a credit to your company through excellent service and high standards across the week.

My party of 21 had an enjoyable half-term week with Ski Miquel in the underrated resort of Bad Gastein. Chalet Tannenburg is ideally located 5 mins from the main gondola with wonderful views over the town and valley below. As with all SM accommodation, the rooms are basic but hot water is plentiful and the beds are comfy. Chalet Tannenburg’s dining area has space for all the guests and the atmospheric bar, which is open to the public (but only those ‘in the know’) has the cheapest prices in the resort at 4.5 Euros for a large beer. We loved skiing in the Gastein valley, which has reliable snow and plenty to offer but is not for near beginners and timid intermediates. We hired our skis and bought our lift passes thru’ SM, as this offered the best value for money and included handy ski storage at the main gondola. The après ski in resort has something for everyone, with The Silver Bullet & its live band a favourite with our group. As ever, the SM team were wonderful, with Chef Paulo doing justice to the menu and Emily, Daisy, Alex and Will looking after us all exceptionally well – thank you guys! If you’re seeking a good-value ski holiday, in a solid location with good food, a cheap bar, friendly staff & guests but no frills, then look no further than Ski Miquel. We’ve been coming to their resorts for 6 years now and will be back!

Hotel chalet Lucille was a great find, very clean and welcoming, it was nice to have lovely soft towels and pristine bedding. We thought we’d treat ourselves and go for a chalet holiday instead of our motor home this ski trip and we certainly wasn’t disappointed. Although in the past we’ve had a chalet experience, I have to say that this surpassed our expectations, all of the staff went out of their way to help or advise when needed, so hats off to Sam, Luke, Molly and the two chefs (sorry I didn’t catch your names) it was like a home from home. What was even better was the ski hosting, which we’d never experienced previously, it was a revelation someone actually taking you round the area, skiing to the ability of the whole group and the choice of groups to go in depending on your ability. We loved it. Finally I can’t say enough about Martina, what a great lady, someone who goes above and beyond for her guests, always with a smile and a great sense of humour. The days we went skiing with her were brilliant, loved every minute. We’d never heard of Montgenevre as an area but the skiing was brilliant and when other areas lacked snow that wasn’t an issue here. They well deserve their accolade for the best groomed pistes. Will definitely be returning to Montgenevre.
