Ski Miquel, but with helicopters!
Following a trip with Majestic Heli Ski for 6 days in February 2025, we couldn't help but feel this was the perfect partnership for Ski Miquel. The essence of what was being offered felt so much like the atmosphere that you find in a Ski Miquel chalet-hotel that we thought we should offer it to our guests.
From that friendly welcome when you arrive at the airport, to a homely vibe when you walk through the door of the lodge, you even eat all together and have hosted skiing, although I hasten to add these are professional guides with a deep understanding of snow pack safety, but are just as friendly!
The well-stocked bar is just the icing on the cake, making it feel like a true traditional chalet-hotel, where we got chatting with Njord the owner, who kindly agreed to partner up with Ski Miquel in the UK market and, as they say, the rest is history.

Terrain
Operating in Alaska's Chugach and Talkeetna mountain ranges, with over 2 million acres (approximately 8,100 km²) of diverse alpine terrain, skiers and snowboarders can explore pristine bowls, spines, ramps, couloirs, and expansive glacier runs. The skiable elevation ranges from 2,500 feet (762 metres) to 10,000 feet (3,048 metres), offering a variety of runs suitable for different skill levels.
