Tickets / Boarding Passes
Please note we do not issue tickets or boarding passes for your flights in advance (unless you are told otherwise) and so you will simply need to check in at the airport with your passport.
We will have a Rep at your departure airport near the check-in desk, so please introduce yourself to them when you arrive and they will be able to help if you require any assistance checking in.
Online check-in
We are only able to offer online check-in and flight extras for certain routes and so this is not possible for all our flights - We apologise for this, but it is a limitation of certain airlines. For further information, please click on the relevant link below for each airline:
If we have had to book you an ad hoc seat outside our normal allocation of seats on a particular flight, then you will be provided with details of how to access your booking directly via the airline's website.

Please note we operate a shared transfer for Tignes, with the Gatwick and Manchester flights being scheduled to land within an hour of each other. This means if you are on the earlier flight, you will have bit of a wait for the other flight to land before the transfer can depart, and we thank you for your patience.

Alaska
Flights are typically arranged from Heathrow to Seattle or Anchorage, and you will fly out on a Saturday and return home on a Monday. As the flights are booked on an ad hoc basis, it is possible to choose any airport to help us build your bespoke trip, allowing you to fly any class you choose from any location in the world.
The standard package price quoted is based on early morning economy Saturday flights out of Heathrow. Please let us know when enquiring if you wish to have any alternative flight options provided.

Jet2 Check-In & Extras
If you have booked your holiday at least a week prior to departure and are travelling on any of the above-mentioned Jet2 flights (except for Gatwick-Turin), then you can check in online 2 days before your departure date using the Jet2 Ski Miquel Portal.
Once you have checked in online, then you can drop your bags off at Manchester Airport the night before (if you wish to do so) by making use of the Jet2 Twilight Check-in service: www.jet2.com/twilight
Please note that ski/snowboard bags cannot be checked in using the automated kiosks at Manchester Airport, so please go directly to the normal check-in desks if taking ski/snowboard equipment with you.
Please note the above do not apply to the Gatwick-Turin flight, as it is a charter flight, and so it is only possible to check in at the airport with your passport for that route.

TUI Check-In & Extras
If you have booked your holiday at least a week prior to departure and are travelling on any of the above-mentioned TUI flights, then you can book seats and/or extra luggage directly with TUI within 30 days of departure by calling the TUI sharers line: (0204) 578 0995
This number can be used to reserve standard seats, book extra baggage or request any welfare arrangements. Please note that TUI are unable to offer any extra legroom or extra space seating via this number, so we apologise for this on their behalf.
